Douglas Animal Hospital has been in operation since May 1991.  We first opened our doors with one veterinarian, one technician, and one vet assistant who doubled as our receptionist.  Since then we have grown to a staff which includes two veterinarians, one hospital administrator, two technicians, two vet assistants and a vet assistant/receptionist, one full time receptionist, and one part time receptionist.  We have continued to offer high quality medical care.  With the addition of Dr. Jim Berry in 2000 we can now offer clients with massage therapy, Bach Flower Remedies, Acupuncture, Orthopedic Manipulation, and sport and post-op rehab).

Additionally, we have a gift center offering a variety of cat and dog supplies as well as a vast amount of dog and cat food. We sell Medi-cal and Royal Canin Veterinary Diets primarily but also offer some Science Diet veterinary diets.
