Karen has been with the DAH team for about 4 years. Her love of animals comes from a deep connection she had to her dog Lucy. While she didn’t have Lucy long, Lucy taught her just how strong a human to animal bond can be. Karen brought her compassion for Lucy to our team

When Karen isn’t spending time baking or cooking for the staff, she spends it with her family, especially her 2 granddaughters.
