Kristen’s first experience with DAH was completing her job placement while finishing her veterinary assistant diploma in 2016. Kristen was excited to return to join our team in December of 2020. She was in the grooming industry for 5 years and became fully trained as a groomer. She is our go-to person for quick grooms/ touch ups etc, especially after a dental procedure. She enjoys discussing nutrition and preventative wellness through nutrition and has been trained to be a Nutrition Ambassador. Her favorite thing about working at DAH is seeing pets’ lives improve after treatment. At home she has Scout, a Lab/Aussie mix, and 2 cats, Indi and Hugo, whom she adopted through the FSPCA while being fostered at DAH, as well as, 3 chickens. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, hunting, and geocaching with her family. Has lived in Fredericton her whole life and now lives in beautiful Mactaquac with her partner and daughter
