Carol’s love for veterinary medicine started out in high school when she had the opportunity to complete a co-op program with her local clinic. She hasn’t looked back since. After completing the technician program at Seneca College in Ontario, she started her career in emergency medicine. Eight years later she moved to a rural mixed animal practice where she had many opportunities to expand on her knowledge of surgery, anesthesia, reproduction, internal medicine, veterinary marketing, client education, and more.

In 2019, Carol completed a course on the benefits of cannabis in veterinary medicine and is a certified veterinary cannabis counsellor (VCC). After 22 years working in Ontario, Carol made the move to New Brunswick with her husband and crew of critters; Hendrix (a boxer), Joplin (Boston terrier) and kittens, Monroe and Kennedy. She started with us in July of 2022 and looks forward to meeting clients and their pets!

Carol’s interests outside of work include gardening, cooking, exploring around the Maritimes as well as traveling abroad.
